Friday Flow
In this 1.5 hour evening class, you will learn how to stay present with your body, and increase your vitality, awareness, flexibility, and much more! A short Yoga/QiGong practice will be followed by guided Meditation, and breathing exercises. There will be a 30 minute community discussion time at the end, for those who wish to stay. I will present a high vibrational topic if there are no questions or topics from the group. Please click “Interested” on the event page to stay updated on any class changes or updates!

My goal in this class offering is to increase awareness of the collective consciousness, in our journey to Ascension. If you are just starting your path, or if you are much further along, this class will assist you in gaining clarity, clearing old stagnant energies, and the list goes on!
