In this one hour class, we will go through a series of movements which are designed to release tension, stress, and anxiety. You will learn how to be more present and mindful, by using simple techniques.
We start with a yoga inspired movement practice, which also includes elements of Qi Gong and breathwork exercises. Each class is unique, and tailored for the attendees needs. Small class size means more focused and one on one instruction time. After we have warmed up our bodies, we will shift into a guided meditation, focusing on staying present and grounded, in harmony with the Earth. We will finish with a short savasana, and a gratitude prayer.
I am thrilled to be offering these classes on a drop in basis, for those who can not commit to a class series. One on one yoga/meditation sessions also available, at a flat rate for up to 5 people; call it a Zen party! Use the contact form to ask any questions.
