In this 4 week series, students will learn the following:

•  Grounding and Golden Suns

•  Connecting to the Earth and Cosmic Energy

•  Using Earth and Cosmic energies to clear our chakras/space

•  Using visualizations with Roses to create energetic boundaries

The ability to connect with your intuition stems directly from how much “static” you have in your energetic field. When you can clear this, which is usually not yours to begin with, you can start to feel your own unique energy, and gain clarity, joy, and a higher vibrational resonance. Meditation is a deeply reflective space, and you will be given tools with which you may expand upon or begin your personal practice.

We use visualization roses to clear our energy and set boundaries, because they represent the highest vibration on the planet, of unconditional love. When you truly unconditionally love yourself, you are then free to love others, and this is where you will find increased levels of Joy, Peace, and Love.

Your workshop facilitator is Andrea Garst, bringing with her 15+ years teaching experience, and a deep passion for sharing these tools with others. You will be guided and supported as you navigate the new 5D space, and find answers within yourself. This is a safe and confidential space for all in attendance.
